GLEN ROSE - There's just something special about casting a line, setting a hook and reeling in a little bit of happiness. Regardless of how tall - or big - the tales get, fishing has been one of the most popular recreational activities across the globe for centuries.
So what better way than for Charles Norman to spend the afternoon on Friday, March 18 than fishing with Charles Norman in the Paluxy River?
Charles Norman III posed for a photo after his grandson, Charles "Chaz" Norman V's big catch during their most recent trip to the waters in Glen Rose. Of course, there is no guarantee that the size of the fish pictured did not grow a little before Chaz got home in time to tell his father and Glen Rose Class of 2004 graduate, Charles Norman IV.
The catch is also the first of what will hopefully be many, many more to come.
