A Somervell County grand jury indicted five individuals June 3, including Ricky Don Hankins, 44, a registered sex offender who was brought back to Somervell County in May after deputies tracked him down in Wyoming.

He was indicted for sex offenders failure to comply and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Investigators discovered in February that Hankins, one of the county’s 13 registered sex offenders, was not living at the address he registered under.

Clifton Fred Bise, 44, was indicted on four counts of burglary of a habitation, one count of engaging in organized criminal activity and three counts of theft of a firearm.

Also indicted were Brice Jamison Mitchell, 18, and Eric Blaine Humphreys, 19.

Each were indicted on charges for burglary of a habitation and engaging in organized criminal activity.

The Somervell County Sheriff’s Office extradited the two burglary suspects from Stillwater, Okla. in Payne County in May. The duo allegedly stole a safe from county resident Murray Dehtan, that held an undisclosed about of money and property, some of which was recovered in Oklahoma.

Herbert Leslie Delling was indicted on a driving while intoxicated charge, third or more offense.
