FORT WORTH – Authorities with the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) and the Hill County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information leading to the arrest and/ or indictment of any person or persons involved in the shooting of a Charolais cow outside of Hubbard, Texas.
TSCRA is offering a $1,000 reward through its Operation Cow Thief Program.
According to TSCRA Special Ranger Marvin Wills, the cow was found shot one mile east of Hubbard off of Hwy 171. Wills says the cow was likely shot Sunday night.
