Gary Marks will be at the Citizen’s Center at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, to give a short program and answer any questions pertaining to the forming of a hospital district. He will give his program after the second round of the “42” tournament. If you have questions after reading the articles in the paper, this would be a great time to get some answers.
Don’t forget our 9th Annual Trust Fund Christmas Party for Citizens’ age 60 and over at the Citizen’s Center at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. The entertainment this year will be Truman Hudson and Riggin. Santa will visit and there will be door prizes and lots of fun. If you know you are going to attend, call and we will put you on the party list. Also, if you need transportation let us know.
There will be “42” tournaments on Dec. 3 and 10. The reason is because the Hinkle Family Gospel Group and Christmas lunch will be served on the 17th, which would have been a tournament day.
Just a reminder, call in your reservations for Christmas lunch on the 17th by Dec. 16 if possible.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Frank Rhodes.
