GLEN ROSE—Funeral services for Mary Lou Schuelke, 85, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, at the First United Methodist Church in Glen Rose followed by a graveside service at 4 p.m. in Austin Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Wiley Funeral Home in Glen Rose.
Mary Lou was born in Waycross, Georgia to Fred and Constance Gainey.
She worked in the social services department for the State of Texas for over 20 years. She was also a member of First United Methodist Church in Glen Rose.
Mary Lou was a sweet and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She served and walked in many cancer functions.
Mary Lou is survived by her children: Mike Schuelke and wife Candy, Debbie Brownson and husband Tim, Glen Schuelke and wife Carrie, grandchildren: Sam Schuelke and wife Mehgan, Shanna Schuelke, Colton Brownson, Payne Schuelke and Peyton Schuelke and great-grandchildren: Aubrey Schuelke, Livie Lou Schuelke and Reign Schuelke.
