Charles David Logan
GLEN ROSE — Charles David “Dave” Logan, 73, went to be with the Lord, Monday, Dec. 22, 2008. A celebration of life gathering of family and friends was held 4-6 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, at the First United Methodist Church Family Life Center in Glen Rose.
Dave was born to Cleve and Dovie Logan in Ft. Worth, Texas on November 9, 1935.
In 1959 he married Ava Marie McReynolds. They moved to Cleburne in 1970 where they owned and operated Logan Signs that served Johnson County for 26 years. In 1996 they relocated to Glen Rose and continued in the sign business until retirement in 2004. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Glen Rose.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Earl and Paul.
Those left behind to cherish the memories are his wife Marie, of 49 years, daughter and son in law, Tim and Tina Price, granddaughters, Sierra and Adeline Price, two nieces, a nephew, and many other family and friends.
