It ended in a 20-20 tie for the Ninth Grade Glen Rose squad as they played Boyd last Thursday.
Each team found the end zone in the first quarter and converted the two-point attempts, making the score 8-8 after the first quarter.
Boyd managed to tack on six more in the second and entered halftime ahead 14-8.
Boyd was the first in the end zone out of the break for another six to make the score, 20-8, but BHS didnít add again.
Glen Rose outscored Boyd 12-0 in the fourth quarter but couldnít convert on the two point try to win the game.
Frank Brandenburg led the way with 120 yards rushing and a score, while Jesus Aguilar added 75 yards and a touchdown of his own.
Adam Rics and Ben Muniga added 35 and 25 rushing yards, respectively.
On the defensive side of the ball, Rics led the way with eight tackles and a fumble recovery, while Iam Valdez followed with six tackles and a forced fumble.
Zac Perez and Thomas Simpson each recorded five tackles, and Aguilar managed three tackles and an interception.
