Competing in their first meet of the season in Keene, the Lady Tiger Cross Country Team showed that they have been working hard since August to set the pace for a successful year. 

Leading the Glen Rose varsity team was junior Gina Sannoh, who placed 22nd overall.  Pushing Gina was her sister, Sao Sannoh.  Sao, also a junior, placed 44th.  Also scoring for the varsity girls were junior Kelsie Parnell, sophomore Tatiana Wood and junior Lindsay Floyd.  Also racing on the varsity squad was sophomore Hannah Dias.

Glen Rose was also represented in the junior varsity girls division by four young ladies.  Pacing this group was sophomore Shelby Tankersley, junior Tana Wasilchak, sophomore Jessie Nystel and freshman Jena Brannon.

The Lady Tigers are running today in Hico before hosting a meet at Dinosaur Valley State Park on Wednesday, Sept. 23.
