GLEN ROSE — The Glen Rose City Council unanimously approved the fiscal year 2022-23 ad valorem tax rate Tuesday night, and it is a 15% decrease from last year. The council adopted tax rate of $0.306298 per $100 evaluation, decreasing from $0.359597 in fiscal year 2021-22.

The event was held outside, and while the weather was rainy, the students had sunny spirits as they splashed through puddles and painted paper plates with craft paint and tiger paw stencils.
