The Lady Tigers, the second-place team from District 6-4A, will need to beat Snyder, the District 5-4A third-place team, twice on Saturday to advance.
Holder will be a part of the Glen Rose ISD graduation ceremonies that will be held May 26 at the Glen Rose High School Auditorium.
Snyder (18-11, 7-4) enters the series having lost two straight and four of their last five.
The Glen Rose Lady Tigers wrapped up the No. 2 seed in District 6-4A Monday night with a 21-10 victory over Brownwood.
