GLEN ROSE — The Glen Rose ISD Board of Trustees has officially waived its right of first refusal on the sale of the Expo property by Somervell County to AJ Investments.
GLEN ROSE — During a sit-down meeting, Glen Rose City Administrator Troy Hill detailed plans to enhance local parks after obtaining Heritage and the local soccer park from Somervell County, relieving the latter of maintenance costs.
GLEN ROSE — The Glen Rose City Council convened a special meeting last week to address and approve amendments to routine maintenance policies for properties in the downtown historic district as the city government continues to expand the area to increase tourism efforts. Council members George Freas, Candace Scholz, Stuart Mann, Mayor Pro-Tem Dee Conrad, and Mayor Joe Boles attended.

GOLDTHWAITE — CCMC Health System has announced the acquisition of McMahan Pharmacy, an established healthcare provider in Goldthwaite, serving the community since 1975.
Paul and Wendy established the Baxter Family Trust, a revocable trust into which they placed all their assets except their home. They named themselves as initial trustees with Paul’s brother as successor trustee.

GLEN ROSE — Glen Rose High left-hander Cullen Kickhoefer signed a national letter of intent on Nov. 13, to play collegiately at Tarleton State University.
GLEN ROSE — The Glen Rose High School FFA Ag Issues Team delivered a thorough presentation at the Somervell County Commissioners Court on Nov. 9.
