GRANBURY— Behind six first-place finishes, the Glen Rose boys powerlifting team notched its first meet victory of the season Jan. 23 in Granbury.
GRANBURY— For the second consecutive meet, the Glen Rose Lady Tiger powerlifting team placed second as they fell just short of Chisholm Trail at the Granbury meet on Jan. 22, at Granbury High School.

BROCK— The Glen Rose boys powerlifting team had three first-place finishes and three second-place finishes en route to a second-place finish at the season-opening meet Jan. 14 at Brock High School.
BROCK— The Glen Rose Lady Tigers recorded a pair of first-place finishes in their season opening powerlifting meet on Jan. 15 at Brock High School to go along with six more top 3 finishes.
GLEN ROSE- The Glen Rose Somervell County Chamber of Commerce held its monthly luncheon at WhiskyWoods, with refreshments sponsored by Joe Alexander's Travelin' Toms Coffee Truck. This month's speaker was Somervell County Sheriff Alan West, who shared insights into the state of local law enforcement, community safety initiatives, and department challenges.
GLEN ROSE- The Glen Rose community gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the new Glen Rose Medical Center Outpatient Rehab Center, located across from the hospital on Big Bend Trail. The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a tour of the state-of-the-art facility led by Physical Therapist Jillian Mahan, and speeches from Pam Parsons, President of the Roger E.
GRAHAM— The fourth-ranked Glen Rose Lady Tigers are now just four wins away from capturing another undefeated District 6-4A title after cruising to a 57-35 victory over the Graham Lady Blues on Tuesday night to open up the second half of district play.
