It’s that time of the year again for our annual iris and plant sale. Members have been digging in their gardens.

Jesse G.’s heirs were his three sisters and the two sons of a deceased brother. His will provided his wife, Mary, with a life estate in his separate property real estate, consisting of the couple’s home and five rental properties.

Harold has had a stroke and his doctor has recommended he obtain nursing home care.

Shortly before he died, Donnie Trapp executed a will totally in his handwriting with the assistance of a lawyer. The will left the home he and his current wife, Melanie, were living in to Donna, his daughter by a previous marriage.
