I came across a recipe that I can say that I’ve only vaguely heard about, and that was a long, long time ago. The dessert is called by various names, including; church windows, chocolate marshmallow logs, stained glass windows, or cathedral windows. The ingredients include chocolate, butter, walnuts, pecans, mini marshmallows (various colors) and shredded coconut.

Glen Rose muralist finishes large project in Walnut Springs
