City Council approves lease renewal for Texas Amphitheater, Expo Center

GLEN ROSE- During a special session Mayor Pro-tem Dee Conrad dubbed potentially pivotal, the Glen Rose City Council unanimously approved a leasing agreement for a buffer zone surrounding the Somervell County Expo Center to AJ Realty, represented by Arleen and Arturo Macias, as the firm finalizes terms with Somervell County to purchase the facility and the Texas Amphitheater. The Macias family initiated the meeting to settle the minor leasing business and share their intention to partner with the city, assuring council members of their commitment to community, family, and tourism as central pillars to their success.
