Senior Center's newest leaders need community support caring for elderly

GLEN ROSE — Community members gathered at Barnard's Mill and Art Museum on June 19 for the Glen Rose-Somervell County Chamber of Commerce's monthly luncheon, sponsored by Glen Rose Nursing and Rehab, to learn about the local Senior Center's work supporting aging residents. Kim McDonald and Juhree McCain, the new director of the Somervell County Committee on Aging, gave a presentation during lunch, describing the committee's mission and the services offered at the Senior Center.
