Boy lifters have successful opening meet at Brock
BROCK— The Glen Rose boys powerlifting team had three first-place finishes and three second-place finishes en route to a second-place finish at the season-opening meet Jan. 14 at Brock High School.

BROCK— The Glen Rose Lady Tigers recorded a pair of first-place finishes in their season opening powerlifting meet on Jan. 15 at Brock High School to go along with six more top 3 finishes.
GRAHAM— The fourth-ranked Glen Rose Lady Tigers are now just four wins away from capturing another undefeated District 6-4A title after cruising to a 57-35 victory over the Graham Lady Blues on Tuesday night to open up the second half of district play.

BROWNWOOD — Glen Rose senior BrookLynn Peterson scored 14 points and senior Alexis Rynders and and senior Lily Melton added 13 and 10 more, respectively, in leading the Lady Tigers to an easy 48-23 road victory over Brownwood on Tuesday night.
