The Glen Rose Tigers went on a 27-1 run that spanned nearly 10 minutes to break open a six-point game to win 59-30 over Mineral Wells on Friday night at Tiger Arena.

The eight-game winning streak for the Glen Rose Runnin’ Tigers came to an end Friday night with a 50-48 loss to Lampasas at Tiger Arena.

GLEN ROSE — Just over three weeks ago, China Spring handed the Glen Rose Runnin’ Tigers their most lopsided loss of the season. On Tuesday, however, the Tigers turned the tables and beat the Cougars 49-47 at Tiger Arena in the rematch.
