Peanut butter pie

Forget the calories and just enjoy this rich, creamy and delicious pie. I make my own graham cracker crust but the store bought is just fine. I do cheat a little and buy the Keebler crumbs.  This pie is fast and easy but will impress any crowd. 

1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup sugar

8 ounce cream cheese, room temp 

1 cup crunchy peanut butter 

1 cup powdered sugar

Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar. Mix all other ingredients until smooth and fold in whipped cream until well blended. Pour mixture into Graham cracker crust and chill for several hours before serving. 

Enjoy!

Graham cracker crust

1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar 

6 Tbsp. melted butter

Mix together and press in a pie pan.
