Chili cheese fries casserole
1 pound of ground beef
2 cans of spicy chili beans
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 pound bag) crinkle cut fries
4 cups shredded cheese
Garnish: diced onions, jalapenos
In a large dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until browned, drain well. Stir in beans, tomatoes and Worcestershire and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spread fries onto the baking pan and bake 25 minutes. Reserve 2 cups of fries. Spread remaining fries in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese over fries, spoon chili over cheese and add the remaining fries. Top with cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
