GLEN ROSE - Glen Rose Junior High is inviting the public to its science Open House to view all of the science projects the students have been working on.
The sixth grade class worked on potential and kinetic energy roller coasters and it took them about a week to complete the each one. The seventh graders tackled composting projects, food webs and pyramids. Each project took about three days to finish. The eighth graders are currently finishing their force and motion roller coasters.
During the evening, attendees will be able to watch the students test their final roller coaster projects. The open house will take place, Thursday, Feb. 25, from 5 - 6:30 p.m. at Glen Rose Junior High.
