STEPHENVILLE – The board of directors of First Financial Bank, N.A., announced today that Michael B. Williams has been elected to the board. Ron Mullins, chairman, president and CEO made the announcement.

“We are extremely pleased to add Mike to our board of directors and know that his knowledge and expertise in business, acquisitions and real estate, along with his knowledge of the Glen Rose market, will be beneficial to our bank and its customers,” Mullins said.

Williams is founder and president of MW Supply, Inc., a cargo control and material handling company based in Glen Rose. He also serves as chief executive officer of MesaTech Corporation, Inc. which provides paper products to the foodservice and banking industries and as president of Magnitude Real Estate, L.P.

Williams is a graduate of Daingerfield High School and holds his associates degree from North Lake College. He has served on several corporate advisory and youth sports boards and is active in StoneWater Church.
