Special to the Reporter

Alpha Delta Beta, Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi recently kicked off the beginning of its new year at the home of hostess Julie Locke for the first meeting of 2010.

The BSP International theme for this year is “New Paths to Friendship.” The theme of the meeting was “The Hostess Apron” and sorority members had a lot of fun looking at and learning about all of the wonderful aprons each member wore.

Hostesses Julie Locke, Melodie Isham and Debbie Davis served a meal of chicken spaghetti, grilled asparagus, fruit salad, green salad, hot rolls and desserts.

The official meeting was called to order by returning President Sharon Schultz. Officers' reports were presented along with committee chairman reports. “Thank you” notes were read by Corresponding Secretary Melodie Isham from students who received scholarship money from the sorority.
