FORT WORTH – The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra continues its 2012-13 Special concerts season with Tony Award-winning icon Bernadette Peters.
One of Broadway's brightest stars, Peters returns to the Fort Worth Symphony stage for one night only to dazzle audiences with songs from her incredible career on stage and screen.
The concert is Saturday, Jan. 5 at 8 p.m. in Bass Performance Hall. Tickets are on sale now at 817-665-6000 and www.fwsymphony.org, and range in price from $29 to $90.
In addition to numerous Grammy Award-winning Broadway cast albums, Peters has recorded six solo albums, and recently starred on Broadway in the critically acclaimed production of Follies after a highly successful run at the Kennedy Center. Prior to that, she starred in the Tony Award-winning production of A Little Night Music. Peters is the youngest person to be inducted into the Theatre Hall of Fame.
