Chicken noodle soup
You will need:
1 large onion 4 large carrots 4 stalks of celery 2 tablespoons butter 2 cups of boiled, or baked, shredded chicken (or turkey) 1 pound of bowtie pasta Two 16 ounce cans of cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup Two 16 ounce cans of chicken (or turkey) broth Salt to taste
Cook pasta. Meanwhile chop and cook onion carrots and celery in butter. Add shredded meat, cream of mushroom soup and chicken stock. Stir until well mixed. Drain pasta and add to vegetable/soup mixture. Stir and let simmer for 15 min.
Feeds about six.
