Danielle Nicole Sullivan and Jeffrey Hunter Harris were united in marriage at five o’clock in the evening on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at First United Methodist Church of Glen Rose.
Paul Kirby, grandfather of the groom officiated. Music was provided by Bonnah Boyd and vocalist Morgan Kirby, cousin of the groom.
A reception followed at Tres Rios with cakes were provided by Linda Rowe.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents at Hollywood and Vine on the evening before the wedding.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Donia Gill, John Sullivan and the late Jennifer Sullivan. She is the granddaughter of Wanda Bousquet of Tulsa, Okla., Catherine Vaughn of Glen Rose and Linford and Donna Roth of Bowie.
The groom is the son of Jeff and Kellie Harris. He is the grandson of Marsha and Paul Kirby and the late Lewis Harris of Goldthwaite and Duard Ruland and the late Etta Ruland of Springtown.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an elegant gown of shimmer satin and chiffon. The strapless structured bodice was jeweled featuring a sweetheart neckline. The gown flowed into a semi-cathedral train. A jeweled headband matching the bodice accented the brides’ hair. She carried a bouquet of white roses.
The maid of honor was Taylor Smith. Bridesmaids were Natalie Gill, sister of the bride, Krista Sander, sister of the groom and Kaycie Brown. The flower girl was Avery Power.
The best man was Cpl. David Jarvis. Groomsmen were Jake Sullivan, brother of the bride, Jimmy Darch and Jake Powell. Ring bearers were Aaron and Adam Power.
The house party included Lexi Crabtree, Kalli Crabtree, Emma Crabtree and Jessie Calkins. Ushers were Corporal Derik Green and Scott Hodges, cousin of the groom.
Both bride and groom are 2008 graduates of Glen Rose High School.
The bride is a graduate of Texas A&M University. The groom is a corporal in the United States Marine Corp.
They will reside in San Clemente, Calif.
