IREDELL — Peggy Edwards Norman Agic, 75, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, at her residence.
Memorial services were held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, at her residence in Iredell.
She was born July 29, 1933, in Fort Worth. She was a school teacher for many years. She was a great mother and nurturer to her children and all she taught. She was a Campfire leader, Golden Plate Award winner-student extraordinaire, and a beautiful, soprano recording artist. She was also a pilot instructor, scuba instructor and a consummate student of life. She traveled the world. She was a perfectionist, she saw the potential in others, expected the best, she was brave enough to do whatever it took to see it through. Beloved friend to many at home and abroad, she was a mother of five wonderful children. Susan Blair, Stephanie Click, and Glen Harvey Norman III of Fort Worth, John Howard Norman of Cranfills Gap, and Tom Ed Norman of Irvine, Calif. and seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
