Jeanne was born January 28, 1920, the daughter of Bea Moss Parker and Mr. Parker. She married Robert A. Mack on August 16, 1942. Mr. and Mrs. Mack, along with her mother, co-founded the Glen Rose Museum for more than 35 years.

Jeanne donated some of her land on the Paluxy River to the American Legion for the establishment of a permanent meeting place. Jeanne raised and cared for peacocks and part of the enjoyment of a Sunday afternoon drive in the country was to go by Jeanne's place and view the beautiful peacocks. She was a Glen Rose original and a colorful character. She loved the land and the Glen Rose community and her many friends.

Memorials may be made in Jeanne's memory to the Glen Rose Museum.
