Sau Van Morrison, 44, of Princeton, Texas, passed away Dec. 17, 2012.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen. A private inurnment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen.

Sau was born Dec. 20, 1967, in Saigon, Vietnam, to Richard and Dorothy Morrison. He was employed with Triquint Semiconductor in Richardson. Sau was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his best friend, Deanna Rake, of Princeton; daughters, Taylor Rake-Morrison, Haley Morrison, Riley Morrison, and son, Connor Morrison, all of Princeton; son, Kendall Price, and daughter, Magen Price, both of Walnut Springs; mother, Dorothy Morrison, of Glen Rose; brothers, Richard Morrison and wife, Bethany, of Glen Rose, Ronald Morrison and wife, Angela, of Gunter, Darrel Morrison and wife, Kimberly, of Allen and Thanh Morrison and wife, Beatrice, also of Glen Rose; sister, Suong Shorter and husband, David, of San Antonio; and numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Morrison, and son, James Michael Morrison.

Memorial donations may be made to a fund for his children at First Convenience Bank in the name of Deanna Rake.
