GRANBURY — Allen Lancaster, 61, passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, in Granbury.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Old Lakeside Baptist Church in Granbury.
Allen was born March 22, 1949, in Teague to Henry Purvis and Georgia Beatrice Young Lancaster. He married Pat Parker on June 15, 1968, in Garland.
Allen served as a quality assurance technician for Texas Utilities for 33 years, having retired in 2006. He was a member of Texas Heat Motorcycle Club and a longstanding core member of Lakeside Baptist Church. He had lived in Granbury since 1979.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Gail Crook.
Survivors are his wife, Pat Lancaster, of Granbury; daughter, April Dawn McKown, of Granbury; son, Randall Allen Lancaster, of Granbury; grandchildren Colby Allen Lancaster, Christopher Allen Lancaster and Jeremy Allen Lancaster; brothers Dewey Lancaster of Dew and Rusty Lancaster of Carthage; and sister, Kay Russell, of Teague.
