Georgia Capell and Jordan Withrow are closing in on two of Tarleton's most illustrious records. Capell, a sophomore from Midlothian, is approaching the all-time home run record. Meanwhile, Withrow has also moved into sole possession of second place on the all-time strikeout list (504) and is currently looking to surpass Carla Geeslin (521) as the Tarleton strikeout leader. Withrow and Geeslin are the only players in school history with 500 career strikeouts.

Capell is also ranked in the national top 10 of five different statistical categories - including No. 2 in RBI (53), No. 5 in RBI per game (1.33), No. 3 in home runs per game (0.38) and No. 3 in total bases (108).
