Glen Rose pitcher Jesse Calkins went the distance in the circle, but four Glen Rose errors and nine Hillsboro hits combined to be too much for the Lady Tigers to overcome in a 5-2 season-ending loss to Hillsboro last week.

Calkins surrendered two walks in addition to the nine hits, but with the defensive miscues, 15 Lady Eagles reached base.

At the plate, Glen Rose was led by Angelica Lisauckis, who reached three times in four trips to the plate. She went 1-2 with a double officially and was also walked and hit by a pitch.

Teryl Dunn and Carolyn Barnes had the remaining hits as each went 1-3.
