1. What have you noticed about the transition from JV to varsity?

The game is a lot faster than JV was. There are a lot of players way better than you ever see (on JV). We practice about the same (amount) as I did on JV; itís maybe a little harder. You definitely get more recognition being part of a varsity team, such as getting a letter jacket.

2. What are your goals at GRHS?

For academics, my goal is to get into the top 10 percent of my class this year. Athletically, I want to keep playing basketball and help out next yearís team as much as I can, too, because itís definitely my favorite sport.

3. What do you enjoy about being a GRHS student?

Iíd say our pep rallies are pretty fun and football games are fun to go to; we did pretty good this year. I like my chemistry teacher Mr. Ogletree and my math teacher Mrs. Brooks a lot, too.
