The Glen Rose Tigers beat the Alvarado Indians 3-1 on March 30, with Hayden Bach as the winning pitcher for the Tigers.

The Tigers scored two of their three runs in the second inning.

Cody Butscher opened the inning with a hit back to the pitcher, but was thrown out at first.

Next at bat was Curry Mapes, who was the first Tiger on base.

With Mapes on base, Hayden Holder grounded to third, but an unforced error allowed him to be safe on first.

After Mapes was brought in, Holder stole home on a wild pitch to put the Tigers up 2-0 over the Indians.

In the top of the third, Bach was the only player brought in, giving the Tigers a 3-0 lead.

The Indians got on the board in the fourth inning, but it was too little too late and Glen Rose closed out the game.

The game scheduled for April 3 was cancelled due to severe weather. Check online at for updates.
