Glen Rose Bird Club to meet

The Glen Rose Bird Club will meet on Thursday, March 19 at 6 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express.
Bob Lancaster will present a program about species of owls which are found in this area and particularly screech owls. He makes screech owl nest boxes and shares the pattern for building them as well as the knowledge of the best locations for the boxes.
Some members have recently been to India where they saw very interesting species of owls and they will share those pictures and experiences.
Members of the bird club take care of the bird sanctuary in downtown Glen Rose.
