Adopt a Road to help Clean up Texas!
Many organizations and groups adopt 2 mile portions of our Texas Highways in an effort to keep Texas highways clean.
One of these groups is the Stone Hut Fossil Shop on the State Park Road 59. Morris and Susan Bussey lead a group of community volunteers in keeping their portion of FM205 clean. Some of the volunteers this year have been Dennis Moore, Shelly McFaddin, Janet Daniel, Shawn Garver and Marsha Lange. Thank you to all who volunteer and make that commitment keeping our roads clean. We welcome volunteers any time. We clean the road four times a year. Out next fun day cleaning will be in October, day yet to be determined.
Please consider adopting a portion of our Highways to keep our water and environment clean. You can contact the Highway Department here in Glen Rose on Hwy 67.
