Little Tigers Learning Center celebrates 5 years

Little Tigers Learning Center celebrated its fifth anniversary in business on March 9, but due to COVID-19, had to delay the celebration until now.

The learning center will be having a circus-themed bash to celebrate from 6-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17.

The bash will include a water bounce house, dunking booth, cotton candy machine, food and games set up for anyone to bring their children out to enjoy and celebrate the milestone.

“We were supposed to celebrate it back in March, but with everything that happened with coronavirus, we just didn’t feel safe doing it back then,” said co-owner Meaghan Oates. “Now that everything is opening back up, we feel a little bit more comfortable. We’re excited.”

LTLC has been growing steadily over the past five years since its opening in 2015, after six months of renovations.

“We've grown from 45 kids a day when we first opened to now. We have about 80 kids a day, almost 90 some days, so it’s exciting to grow; it’s pretty amazing for us," Oates said.

LTLC welcomes kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old and is open from 5:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
