Grand re-opening

Through an interlocal agreement, the county will take over the CVB and receive the hotel occupancy tax of $250,00-$350,000 a year from the city. The city will provide the building to the county rent-free as well as pay for insurance and major repairs defined as any repair cost that would be covered under the city's insurance policy minus the deductible. The county will pay for any minor maintenance and repairs, and utility costs.
